The clean room was nice, but the service was poor during dinner.

I stayed in a Classic Double Room, and the bed was huge and super comfy! I really enjoyed the quiet nights there. The bathroom was nice too, with a big tub and separate shower which was a plus. the heating wasn't great. it felt a bit chilly even after contacting reception. the room had some cool features but could use a bit more warmth.

Would recommend for a short visit

I had such a good time exploring the nearby Harlow Town Park just over 4 km away, where I strolled through the beautiful green spaces, and the charming Henry Moore Foundation is also close by, offering a unique blend of art and nature that I truly enjoyed during my stay.

I appreciated the classic decor and cozy atmosphere during my two-night stay. The staff at the on-site restaurant provided attentive service. However, the pool area could use some maintenance. Consider trying the afternoon tea but ensure beforehand that dietary needs are communicated clearly to avoid issues.

Just a balanced option for an overnight stay in Sawbridgeworth with great value for the money. The breakfast was generous with fresh omelettes, which was a nice surprise. If attending a wedding, expect some delays in breakfast service during busy times.

the pool facilities are amazin, really clean and well organized. the staff were super friendly, and my room was nice n tidy. enjoyed the big and comfy bed. overall, good experience, just loved chillin in the pool!...

Had a fantastic time during my stay! The room was spacious and clean, and the food was genuinely excellent, especially the breakfast. Relaxing in the pool and sauna was a perfect way to unwind!
